Staci Hardy is a woman known for enhancing the beauty of her clients with a soft and subtle brush stroke.
Her love affair with makeup started at an early age when she mainly played in her mother’s makeup case focusing on the lipstick. Her artistic turning point occurred back in 1995 when the Michael Jackson “Scream” video debuted. Staci watched the video and was instantly drawn to Janet Jackson’s smokey eye. She knew that makeup was going to be her lifelong career and realized this was a craft that she had to learn carefully. Staci went on to research Janet Jackson’s make up artist Kevin Aucoin, and after collecting all of Kevin Aucoin’s books, Staci became more determined to learn his makeup techniques and combine them with her own natural edge.
Staci Hardy has been doing makeup for more than 18 years. Staci has enhanced the looks of numerous brides and bridal parties. Staci's work has also been featured in a music video, lookbook, web series, magazines, proms, fashion shows, photo shoots, news segments, engagement shoots, weddings and branding campaigns throughout the Tri State Area.
Staci also has served as the lead makeup artist for the, NAACP ACT-SO Awards ceremonies for the last 3 years. She also partners with a local event planner and florist, Melissa-May Designs to teach makeup classes for the everyday woman. Look out for their make up classes titled “The Diva Experience”.
Whether Staci Hardy is using her soft subtle strokes on her client's or teaching them how to enhance their own canvas she has the same goal, continuing to evolve as a makeup artist while leaving her mark on all of her clients and sending them off feeling strikingly confident.
